Aloha and welcome to Java Lava Brew! More than just nourishment, food is connection, giving us a chance to find common ground over a rich cup of coffee and a warm, fresh out-of-the-oven quiche. Food is the memory of your first date, sharing the crispy lava fries, refreshing volcano salad, and the awesome loco moco burger. Food is identity, with 100% Kona coffee grown and hand-picked from our farm, and recipes from our backgrounds of Houston, Hawaii, and Vietnam. Food is understanding and acceptance. It doesn't matter if you are Black, White, or Brown, or if you are Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, or Moslem. Eating is the universal experience. We want to share with you the foods of our history, and to hear your stories, and to see you full and happy. Mahalo!
